Tips.

Never go into a thrift/op store with something in mind that you want as you will most likely not find it unless you are super lucky. The best pieces I have found have always been at random. You do have to be in a certain mood to do this but it can be really fun and also great for the planet and your wallet. I have found some winners that hopefully will inspire you to give thrifting a go!

Ideas.

Second hand scarfs are a great idea for gift wrapping presents and probably cheaper than wrapping paper. Some scarfs you can pick up for $1. Try using the furoshiki wrapping cloth technique.

Check out this blog post by Wellness Mama to find out how to do it.

Using a fabric to gift wrap ticks all these boxes, Yay to you for giving it a go!
